La produzione di Taralli Pugliesi di Fiore di Puglia parte da un forno a legna nel centro cittadino per passare a un’azienda situata nella zona industriale di Corato, con all’attivo 60 dipendenti, il passo è stato lungo, laborioso e sapiente. The seed planted by Luigi and Antonio, subsequently maintained and nourished by Giuseppe, has grown as much as becoming into solid roots on which Fiore di Puglia stands. Important business enterprise that made the tradition its strongest point.

In 2004 Fiore di Puglia became a S.p.A., a further step over the business growht and over the internationalization of its products, first and foremost among the traditional taralli, that from simple bread substitute turned on in a delicacy and tasty snack appreciated by the European market, but also by Russia, Japan, China and U.S.A..
Tenacity and confidence in the potential of the territory and in its project of enhancement over the lessons of a lifetime: a big dream, born from a small/big opportunity, has become an extra territorial business enterprise.

Three production plants which occupy a surface area of 12.000 square meters, 60 employess and a production capacity giornaliera equal to 100 quintal of taralli, 10 quintals of friselle, 15 quintals of dry patries and 25 quintals of dry pastathis is the reality Fiore di Puglia whose packaging department, provided of the most updated packaging systems, allow to preserve the product in different practical packaging: 25gr, 35gr, 125gr, 175gr, 250gr, 400 gr and 500 gr.
The strong expansive impulse given by its chief executive, Giuseppe Fiore, has made that the company in 1996/1997 conquered big groups such as Autogrill, Auchan and Carrefour, which selling Fiore di Puglia products in their store dislocated all over the national territory certify the appreciation for taste and quality.
